LegitYarik, also previously known as Iariksp, was a midfag who joined in early 2014. He is best known for his creation of public infrastructure and, thought to be for a time, one of the longest Non-Axis roads on the server.
Old Spawn Road[edit | edit source]
LegitYarik's claim to fame is his creation of the Old Spawn Road (which he originally named the West Road) during the Great Server Decay. He wanted to get back to his house without coordinates since he felt they ruined the game's emersion. Construction was smooth and the road eventually went over 10,000 blocks, becoming one of, if not the, longest Non-Axis server roads. "The Fellowship of the Road" was a repair group that emerged dedicated to repairing the Old Spawn Road, the name of which LegitYarik cannot confirm. LegitYarik originally said "When it reaches 1.7 biomes, the West Road shall be done."
Bitchette[edit | edit source]
LegitYarik created the "West Road Inn." Yarik wanted it to be a starting point for travelers and an area against hackers, which he despised. "The fact that cheats are allowed on 2b2t doesn't make them any more acceptable," he points out.
The West Road Inn, at first, was simply the large house/cafe found in the left of the first photograph. It was later expanded into a large castle and named Bitchette. It ended up being a long-lasting inn and renamed "Castle Hatehart." It was well-known in the Rusher War for being an early Team Veteran meetup and griefed 4 times (repaired twice).
Present-Day[edit | edit source]
LegitYarik quit around very late 2017/early 2018. He claimed "There was [] Uberslugcake overwriting all my signs, and a bunch of other kids unfit for life in a civilized society. I left the server because at some point the lag really made it unplayable, and I really hated the hacked client. 2b2t is still the most incredible server out there."
