Trade is a very common form of interaction between players on 2b2t and has been since even the early years of the server's history. It is one of the essential pieces of its economy. Trades can involve anything from ingame items, to hacked clients, to accounts. Trades can either be exchanged for other ingame items or for actual currency IRL.
Types of Trade and Merchants
Map Merchants - Merchants who sell map art.
Rare/Hacked Item Merchants - Merchants who sell hacked items (virtually non-existent now as Hausemaster has removed most, if not all hacked items.
Account Merchants - Merchants who sell alt accounts that either have plenty of gear (a storage alt) or (previously) ones that had Veteran Queue.
Custom Client Merchants - Merchants who sell custom made hacked clients with promise of better performance on 2b2t (could be backdoor'd). Some clients are also sold which promise duping abilities.
Gear Merchants - Merchants who sell standard gear like god gear, gapples, etc.
World Download Traders - Merchants who trade World Downloads of 2b2t builds.
Independent Merchants
Independent merchants are players who simply trade with others for self gain and not to benefit a specific group. They usually trade on their own but can acquire aid and advertisement from a Trade Company or even join the company entirely. These merchants do not necessarily affiliate with normal groups (however, most do). They could also work with a small amount of others (like friends or fellow groupmates).

Kinorana - Well known Gear/Hacked Item Merchant who is notably known for selling stacked armor.
uglykids - A spawn map merchant.
Andrew_Gil - An old merchant who traded with the Fellowship of the Diamond.

Trade Companies/Networks
